1.3 Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

We do not request or intentionally collect Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, immigration status, financial account numbers, payment card data, health information, biometric data, or other sensitive personal information through the Site. Please do not submit this type of information through our forms or messaging channels.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above for the following business purposes:

Responding to inquiries. To contact you by phone, email, text message, or WhatsApp about your request, prepare a proposal, and schedule consultations.

Providing our Services. To plan, launch, manage, and report on advertising campaigns, SEO work, and websites for clients.

Measuring marketing performance. To understand which campaigns, keywords, creatives, and pages generate leads, and to calculate cost per lead and return on investment.

Advertising and remarketing. To show you relevant advertisements on Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms, and to build audiences of users with similar characteristics.

Improving the Site. To diagnose technical problems, test page variations, and improve usability and conversion rates.

Sending communications. To send service updates, reports, newsletters, case studies, and promotional offers where permitted by law and subject to your right to opt out.

Security and fraud prevention. To detect and prevent spam, bot submissions, fraudulent lead activity, and abuse of the Site.

Legal compliance. To comply with applicable laws, regulations, platform policies, subpoenas, and lawful requests from public authorities.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

3. Cookies, Pixels, and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device; a pixel (also called a tag or web beacon) is a small piece of code that reports activity back to a platform.

3.1 Categories of Technologies We Use

Strictly necessary. Required for the Site to load, keep forms secure, and prevent spam submissions.

Analytics. Help us understand how visitors find and use the Site, in aggregate.

Advertising and remarketing. Allow us and our advertising partners to measure ad performance and show you ads across other websites, apps, and social platforms after you leave the Site.

Functional. Remember preferences such as your language or previously entered form information.

3.2 Third-Party Platforms We Use

We use the following third-party technologies. Each of these companies is an independent controller of the data it collects and processes that data under its own privacy policy:

Google Analytics (Google LLC) — website traffic and behavior measurement.

Google Ads and Google Tag Manager (Google LLC) — conversion tracking, remarketing lists, and campaign measurement.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — Facebook and Instagram ad measurement, custom audiences, and remarketing.

[ADD OTHER TOOLS IF USED: Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, CallRail, GoHighLevel, Calendly, WhatsApp Business, HubSpot, Mailchimp]

Some of these tools may receive a hashed (encrypted) version of an email address or phone number you submit to us, so that the platform can match a conversion to an advertisement. Hashing is a one-way process designed so the original value cannot be read by the recipient.

For more information on how these companies handle data, see the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy, Google’s description of how it uses data from partner sites at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and the Meta Privacy Policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy.

3.3 Your Tracking Choices

Adjust or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may cause parts of the Site to stop working.

Opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Manage Google ad personalization at https://adssettings.google.com.

Manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

Opt out of participating third-party advertising through https://optout.aboutads.info and https://optout.networkadvertising.org.

Enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a supported browser. Where required by law, we treat a GPC signal as a request to opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Phone Calls, Text Messages, and WhatsApp

If you provide a phone number, you agree that ADS EUA may contact you at that number by phone call, text message (SMS), or WhatsApp regarding your inquiry, proposal, or account. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you may request removal from our calling list at any time by contacting us using the details in Section 12. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Calls to or from ADS EUA may be recorded or monitored for quality and training purposes where permitted by law. Where the law requires consent from all parties, you will be notified at the start of the call.

5. How We Share Information

We share personal information only in the following circumstances:

Service providers. Website hosting, form and email delivery, CRM, scheduling, call tracking, analytics, and advertising platforms that process information on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations.

Advertising platforms. Google and Meta, as described in Section 3, for conversion measurement and audience building.

Professional advisors. Attorneys, accountants, and auditors, when reasonably necessary.

Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this Privacy Policy.

Legal reasons. When we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of ADS EUA, our clients, or the public.

We do not rent or sell your contact information to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or for as long as required by law. As a general rule, lead and inquiry information is retained for up to three (3) years from your last interaction with us, and client records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus three (3) years. Aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably be linked to you may be retained indefinitely.

7. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and limiting access to personnel who need it. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You transmit information to us at your own risk.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your information, opt out of marketing communications, opt out of the sharing of your information for targeted advertising, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 12. We will verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the time frame required by applicable law. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site and our Services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-Party Websites and Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, social media profiles, review platforms, and scheduling tools that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Site or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
